My second channel for unboxings, product reviews and travel vlogs: http://bit.ly/21QMD7z 4 eggs 1/4 cup finely chopped ham or cooked bacon (I used 3 slices finely chopped turkey bacon) 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar) 1/8 tsp pepper (more or less to taste) 2 tbsp finely chopped chives Separate 4 eggs. Place egg white in a bowl, add pepper and beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in ham (or whatever meat you are using) and cheese. Scoop out portions and place them on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper or a silicone mat. Make four mounds. Make a dent/cup shape in the center with a spoon. Bake at 450F for 3-5 minutes, until they are just starting to be light golden brown. Remove from oven and place an egg yolk in the dent in the center. Bake in the oven for an additional 3 minutes or until egg yolk is done to your liking. Serve immediately.
