Cloud Eggs (云蛋)

Separate the egg yolk and egg white
1/2 tsp salt
some pepper powder
beat until stiff foamy
Place onto baking paper
use a spoon to make small hole in the center
Bake 2 mins. (225°C)
Put the egg yolk into the hole.
Bake 4 mins. (225°C)
